On Saturday, December 13th, the town of Osyka Mississippi celebrated “Wreaths Across America Day” with a moving ceremony to honor veterans by placing wreaths on their memorial site. This program preceded the fall festival leading up to the Christmas parade in Osyka. At the beginning of the ceremony, Phillip Afred sang the National Anthem.
